Prompt, Courteous and Efficient Service
When you order from DN Equipment either by phone or via the Internet, you will immediately be notified of your invoice amount and if any of the items are backordered. Your order will usually ship that same day if received by 2:00pm EST.
Backorders will ship the day they arrive, you have the option to not accept any backorders, please notify our sales department if you wish not to accept backorders.
UPS tracking numbers and freight PRO numbers will be provided for all shipments via e-mail or by fax to ease shipment tracking. Please make sure to notify us of any e-mail or fax changes.
Shortages and Shipping Damages
All claims must be made within 10 business days of the invoice. In case of damaged shipments, please mark the package "damaged" when signing for the package and call us immediately, for further instructions. Please keep the original package and the damaged merchandise for possible inspection.
Return Policy
DN Equipment’s policy for parts being returned will be as follows:
1) Parts ordered and returned because of a DN Equipment error, DN Equipment will pay
the freight. We would like the opportunity to reship the correct parts.
2) Parts returned because of a customer’s order error, the customer pays inbound and
outbound freight. If any of the parts being returned are non-stock items at DN Equipment,
a restocking charge of 20% will be applied. If the items are normal DN Equipment stock,
no restocking charge will be applied, but customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
All items must be returned to DN Equipment within 20 working days after receipt of
parts for credit to be issued. Items returned after 20 working days will be returned to the
customer at the customer’s expense.
3) All special order parts that are non-returnable to DN Equipment’s vendors will be
considered non-returnable. Our suppliers will advise DN Equipment of these items and
DN Equipment will advise its customers at time of price quote.
4) DN Equipment will supply all of the necessary paperwork to the customer to insure
parts will be returned to DN Equipment.
5) DN Equipment will issue “RGA#” (returned goods authorization number) when
necessary. Customer will provide a reason for the return and a packing list itemizing the
parts.
